Working Groups

Working groups are groups of key opinion leaders. Their tasks are to:

Evaluate study proposals submitted to NEFRO-NL for consideration
Identify the most relevant research topics within their area of expertise
Take initiative for new grant applications and initiate clinical studies

NEFRO-NL currently has five working groups:

Kidney Damage & Hypertension

A working group of Dutch experts on chronic kidney disease and hypertension

Hereditary and Tubular Diseases

Dutch specialist in hereditary and tubular disorders working together to advance the field

Glomerular Diseases

Experts in the Netherlands collaborating on glomerular disease

Dialysis

A working group of national experts aiming to improve outcomes in dialysis patients

Kidney Transplantation

Advancing kidney transplantation science in the Netherlands by this working group of specialists
